AC66U 5ghz Extension Channel

Hey guys!

After flashing the latest firmware for this thing (3004.376.3602) I lost my 5ghz channel completely so I reverted back to the September release and had to factory default everything.

Question: Is it normal to not be able to adjust the "extension channel" on the 5Ghz SSID? No matter what I change the control channel to my extension channel stays on Auto with no other options.
