AC66U PPP VPN Is never stable, keeps dropping

Hello everyone, I apologize if I come shorthanded with information, but as the title states my AC66U has never, ever had a stable vpn connection, it sometimes works, for a while, then dies, the DNS has a tendency to die with it.

3.0.0.4.376.49_5 is my current firmware, I have been updating and updating every now and then, hoping that NOW its fixed and so on, originally this was my issue in the very beginning after I bought it, to try to fix the buggy VPN with merlins firmware.

I am using windows 7 computers with the buildt in VPN and have setup standard workplace connection (VPN connection)

Here I looked in the system log and can see that the connection dropped, I just do not know why, everything in my router is pretty much standard, exept for a few routes, including the "internal vpn fix loop" route aswell:
