[AC68U] Bug in country specific channel support

Hi Merlin,

Thanks for doing such a great job with the firmware.

I'd like to log a bug which affects both the stock firmware and yours. Do I just post the issue here, or is there a particular way you prefer people to log bugs?

The problem is that I have a Chinese router ccode=CN and since 2012 the rules on what channels which can be used have changed. However, the firmware was never updated to reflect the new rules. Please can you add the extra 5GHz channels, so I can use your firmware with my OP3?

Wifi support cannot be changed, the code is closed source.
