AC97 DLNA Not Responding

Occasional Visitor
Just want to try to get an idea of how many other people have this issue.

I don't even have to reboot the router or toggle DLNA off and on. If I try to connect from my Xbox 360 and it fails I just have to wait a few minutes and try again and most of the time it's back on. If I try to connect to soon it will timeout again. Is there an easy way for me to check that it's running or what is causing the issue?
