Access Point Mode - Parental Controls

I use a AC-3200, recently i started using it in AP mode only.

However i am unable to apply parental controls to the wifi clients based on time scheduling, is this because i no longer use it a a DHCP server? I thought i could do time scheduling by MAC address?

Any help appreciated,

Regards

In AP mode the router works only as a switch and an access point, the routing functions are not involved.

I believe the parental controls require that the traffic passes the routing functions.
