Access to VPN server certificates using terminal

I have setup a site to site VPN using two Asus RT-AC68U routers. About one month ago I upgraded the router (which is used as openVPN server) to latest Asus merlin. The router works, and I can connect to it using VPN, but I lost access to web interface. To my understanding, the best advice is to reset factory default and manually reconfigure it.

In the meanwhile, it happens that I can still login using terminal. Is there any way to save the certificates used for the VPN server?
