Actiontec ECB6250 vs MAE340

have a FiOS ONT outside the house, I want to put either a ECB6250 or MAE340 on the inside opposite it.
I'll run Cat6 to the device, then use the existing coax to reach a 2nd ECB6250 or MAE340 at the Gateway1100 router so I can go from 100M to 300M.
Are they both capable or is one better or is there something better?
I also currently have a MoCA ext via a ActionTec MI424W to the 2nd floor. That is behind a spliter.

Is this a dedicated coax for just this one run or is it shared with other moca or other services ?
Are you trying to go from 100 meters to 300 meters on a coax run ?
or was this 100 Mbit/s to 300 Mbit/s ?
