New Around Here
I have an OpenVPN Client running with selected devices routed through that connection. When I check the QoS WAN/LAN Bandwidth Monitor I see all downloads showing up as uploads and vice versa. All devices not routed through the VPN are running correct. I tried this with QoS set to off as well but still the same behavior.

Is this just a matter of presentation in the QoS - WAN/LAN Bandwidth Monitor, or are the downloads via VPN calculated wrong within the QoS?

I just installed the RT-AC87U_380.61_beta1 and now the upload is shown correctly. Download is still inverted.

I get this as well with my internal network, my laptop to server drops to 12mb/s (my internet upload)

Still no solution here? QoS seems to be pretty unusefull in this case, as the downloads of some devices make most of the other uploads deprioritized due to the QoS limitations.

Any help would be highly appreciated!

What exactly do you mean by that? Do you mean your router run OpenVPN client, and route some devices to that OpenVPN services? Or do you mean your router is running as OpenVPN server, and selected devices running as OpenVPN clients connect to the router?

It is the first one: my router is running as an OpenVPN client and some devices are routed through that OpenVPN connection.
