I have a D-link DIR-655 and have all the ethernet wired ports used. Can I add a Linksys 8 port workgroup hub to increase the wired ports?

Just a note....if you want strong performance, you're better off getting a switch, rather than an old school "hub". Consider hubs extinct....gone the way of the floppy drive and ISA bus days. Switches are superior in performance, and you probably want gigabit speeds..but even if not...a switch is the minimum you should get.

New devices are auto MDI-X, as per gigabit standard, so you don't have to worry about using crossover cables or specific uplink ports. Just.."plug and play".
