Advise on how to achieve this with VPN

New Around Here
I'm in the need of a VPN-tunnel between two routers in different countries (Sweden and Denmark). The purpose is mainly watching television from one of the locations. Transmission is blocked to other countries, hence the need for VPN. I have tried a VPN-client but it must be activated manually which not all in the family are capable off doing.

None of the locations has a fixed IP-address so the tunnel negotiation must be able to use FQDN as points for the tunnel and resolve via DDNS.

Policy based routing is needed, because it's only a few domains that needs to be accessed via the VPN-tunnel.

Access to LAN from each side is also needed for access to Local NAS etc.

I do have two identical routers today, Turris Omnia, https://omnia.turris.cz/ that features OpenVPN but I have not been able to successfully configure a working VPN.

So either a precise description on how to configure this. I've spent hours on the OpenVPN website but it's to complicated and the instructions are fragmented and in my view hard to follow.

Or a suggestion on a router that's capable of achieving this with a nice GUI.

I'm also open to paying for help with the complete setup :-)
