I've got an ancient cannon ip1800 printer connected to one of the usb ports on my asus rt-ac66u router with merlin firmware on it.

Any way to get airprint working?

I want my mom to be able to print directly from her ipad to the printer.

The ancient printer is not airprint compatible. Thanks.

Plug the printer into a computer and install Netgear Genie, it creates a airprint server on the computer. I recall RMerlin saying you can install it via optware. I think the Netgear Genie solution is easier.
