amtm Any IP restrictions to access diversion.ch and scripts ?

I'm located in Morocco.
When I try to install or run some scripts or tools using AMTM on my Asuswrt-Merlin device, I get errors related to download failures.
Same when I open https://diversion.ch/ in my Chrome browser : ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Both work as intented when I use a VPN to change my location. Are there any IP / Geo restrictions to access diversion.ch and others required urls?

I first ran into the issue in the router shell. It's not related to my browser's cache

Some countries/ISPs block certain sites for "security" reasons. Try setting your DNS to quad9.

In Shell:

1) AMTM run "uu" for reinstall of AMTM, then next
2) Diversion, option 1: run "u" , force reinstall.

If they both complete, then the scripts are running OK and the problem is someplace else, related to router settings.

Also, Entware just released an update today:

Do that update first "ep", then do the above.

Without VPN I can resolve the diversion.ch A-Record but I can't ping the associated IP address nor access it :

No I didn't since my DNS (1.1.1.1) resolve successfully. No need to change DNS. It is server side
