Any personal recommendations for the best Synology 210j HDDs?

Hi,

I am looking for recommendations on 1.0TB, 1.5TB or 2.0GB HDD drives for 210j, which I am about to order. I am planning to use it in RAID1 configuration. I have found that 210j is a cost effective solution for in house HD media streaming and shared use.

So I am slightly confused by Synology's list of compatible drives because they list as compatible those that have no error recovery for RAID configuration (missing TLER and equivalents).

What I am looking for is drives that have:
* successful spin-down for the sleep mode
* RAID1 fail tolerance
* silence
* speed
* general reliability

I'd like to hear what seems to be working for you with 210j or with other Synology NASes.

Hard Drives

I purchased Samsung Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ's for both a DS210j and DS209. They were highly rated on Newegg and the Synology forums led me to believe many others are using this drive. I haven't had any problems, but it's only been a month.
I'm not sure how this drive handles errors, but there is another post here on SmallNetBuilder which tells the difference between Western Digital desktop drive and enterprise drive error reporting. After the purchase and reading the post, I somewhat wish I purchased WD enterprise drives instead. Most of the guys posting here are far more knowledgable than me - anyone willing to jump in on whether this drive?
