Fiber modem can't be moved, looking to place ax86u pro in the middle of my house would need 10meter

Many thanks for any help

Look at something similar PanDuit surface mount conduit to hide a round cable.
example -
Has a clip on flat cap to hide the cable.

Or you can get 50 ft , preterminated, white CAT6 flat cable. Can be more susceptible to electrical noise than round cable, so keep it away from fluorescent lights, appliances, TVs, etc. Should be individual twisted pairs with overall shield if you can find it.

Alarm / camera installers are pretty good at fishing cables through difficult places and usually pretty reasonable cost.

If you also have unused coax (RG6) you could use a pair of MOCA 2.5 modems between the two points. Full bandwidth Gbit/s both ways. That's how i implemented my ATT Gbit fiber connection to my wiring closet. Works a treat.

best flat cable is going to be cat 8. I run cat 8 instead of cat 6 in welding shops so if you are looking for a cable type that will shield it from noise, that is going to be the best.

i bet you do  :D Surprised it is not in metal conduit too !
With either choice make sure you don't fold or crimp the cable. Cat8 will be more difficult to do that, but i don't know offhand what the minimum bend radius is.

That is something to consider. I wonder how the cable is going to be routed. Because flat cable is an interior cable. In a wall with a run in the attic, I would run CMX jacket cable.

yes metal conduit. The expensive part is the keystone jacks. Cat 8 used to be expensive until they started mass producing it. Now its the same price as good cat 6a cable. The cable industry still needs to rework cat7 install specs because the connector they chose doesn't plug in very well into equipment. So if you actually have to use cat7 wire, use shielded cat 6 connectors.

Edit: Regardless of the category the wire is, always use copper. Copper clad aluminum (CCA) doesn't conform to the spec well and does degrade the speed even with 100M ip cameras. So avoid it.
