Anybody using Merlins FW on an R7000?

So I have an ac66u running merlin and I love it but I just bought an r7000 for my 2nd router. I currently have Kongs DD-WRT flashed on it and I'm not loving the performance the range isn't even as good as the stock FW . I know merlin doesn't officially support the r7000 but I was wondering what the performance is when running merlins fw on it?

I run it on 2 R7000's. One as a router. One as an AP. No issues. Supports all wifi device. Apple, Samsung, Microsoft / Intel. No issues. Minimal config though. Check out all the happy convert's here...

Never did. The other FW seemed convoluted to migrate to, so never bothered. This one is easy. Has the look and feel of ASUS and has more features than NG's stock FW. Take it out for a test drive, see what you think!
