Anybody using Safari on OS X to manage their router?

I have a brand new AC68W running Merlin FW 374.42_2.

For some reason, when I enter the System Status screen, Safari thinks that the wireless SSID fields are usernames and tries to store them in the keychain. This causes weirdness with the interface because it's trying to auto type in those fields.

Anybody have any experience with this?

Yes, i have seen that...I just chose to not remember passwords on that site.

It doesn't give me the option.

The "not ever" button is missing. The only options are "yes" or "not now".

Very strange.

Yep, same here. I guess I should have mentioned it but I've been just trying to get a solid connection again. I just ignore it.

It seems to work just fine if I uncheck the box on the username and password initial drop down. If I don't store the admin password in the OS X keychain, Safari never attempts to save passwords at all.

Just disable AutoFill function - this way keychain can still be used to store usernames and passwords, but they would not be inserted in all the wrong places...
