Apple TV Question

I've recently converted to Merlin's firmware on my RT-N66U (build 3.0.0.4.374.35_4 sdk5). Was adding my Apple TV2 on the new FW, I can't remember how I had it configured on the stock FW but...I could have sworn that I only had it listed on 5 Ghz channel using MAC filtering. When I tried to only list it on the 5 Ghz it wont work, it will only take on the 2 Ghz channel? Maybe I'm wrong but I thought my Apple TV worked on the 5 Ghz channel before? Anyone out there with same configuration on their Apple TV.

FYI....my 2 Ghz and 5 Ghz networks have different names.
