Archer AX11000 not getting full speed (TP-Link)

LFC92

New Around Here
I currently have the Archer AX11000 with firmware version 2.1.6 Build 20230907 rel.65510(4555) and 1Gig download from my provider. I can't get the full speed of my ISP or even close to it without a switch/a 2.5gbps network card, because even with Qos off and changing the duplex speed to 2.5gbps i still only get about 500/600mbps through the router. A friend of mine lent me the switch, card and brand new ethernet cables and the highest i can get through them is 940mbps. TP-Link support said about factory resetting the router, which i did this morning and it's still the same. The speed through my ISP hub alone is over a gig, so the ISP isn't the issue. Am i missing something? Thanks.

Not very clear what the switch and the 2.5GbE card are used for. This router can do easily Gigabit, but it has single 2.5GbE WAN port. Wired devices will be limited to 940Mbps, wireless devices - depends on client capabilities and environment factors, 500-600Mbps is very good.
