Arris' SURFboard RipCurrent Lineup Pushes G.hn Into The Mainstream

Arris introduced its new SURFboard line of RipCurrent G.hn routers and extenders.​

The added members of the SURFboard family of products adds flexibility to building out a home network by using a combination of wireless, wired and powerline technologies. Setting up the new products is facilitated with both plug-and-play installation and the Arris’ own Surfboard Manager mobile app (for iOS and Android).​

The new SURFboard RipCurrent products include three wireless AC routers and two extenders:

• SURFboard SBR-AC1200P Wi-Fi Router with RipCurrent G.hn - $119.99
  • N300 + AC900, 4 antennas, four GbE ports, one USB 2.0 port
• SURFboard SBR-AC1900P Wi-Fi Router with RipCurrent G.hn - $199.99
  • N600 + AC1300, 6 antennas, four GbE ports, two USB ports (2.0 + 3.0)
• SURFboard SBR-AC3200P Wi-Fi Router with RipCurrent G.hn - $299.99
  • N450 + AC1350 + AC1350, 6 antennas, four GbE ports, two USB ports (2.0 + 3.0)
• SURFboard SBX-1000P Ultimate Wired Network Extender with RipCurrent G.hn - $59.99
  • Four GbE ports
• SURFboard SBX-AC1200P Ultimate Wireless Network Extender with RipCurrent G.hn - $99.99
  • N300 + AC900, one GbE port
