ASUS AC3100 Firmware Recovery Utility

Has this utility been moved from the product support page?
I am going to be making some firmware updates and wanted to have it in standby in case something goes wrong!

I can not find it for AC3100 / Windows 10 64 bit.

I see ASUS Firmware Restoration version 2.0.0.0 after selecting my OS then clicking Show All Downloads.

Thanks..... I see it now when I go to support page. Must have been a system issue earlier. There was nothing after I selected operating system.
