Asus AC3200 and Merlin firmware before to buy questions

Hi,

i'm going to buy a new router and the asus ac3200 is one of the remained in the list

I need some more info aboutthe asus ac3200 router with merlin firmware
1- can I separate the lan from the Wlan (device on lan must not talk with the ones on the Wlan)?

2- Can I create multiple Wlan on 2,4 GHZ?

3- is the link aggregation supported (this is not essential)

1) Not through the webui. Might perhaps be possible through user scripting.

2) That's what Asus's Guest Networks do

3) Not at the webui level

Per Merlin's latest state of the project post (http://www.snbforums.com/threads/state-of-the-project-august-2016.33995/) you may want to reconsider purchasing the AC3200 if your intention is to install Asus-Merlin on it. It sounds like it might have to be the one of the first to lost support for this project. Through no fault of his of course.
