New Around Here
Hi I bought this new router from amazon and have tried to make this router work twice by reordering another unit and still no help.

I have set up this router with 3 LAN connections (1 NAS, 1 ethernet backhaul for a RT-AC68U which is my mesh node, and a PS4). I've also connected a USB external hard drive.

I set everything up as shown for an AiMesh, But after an hour or so the WAN drops connection and I can't connect to the network via WIFI or LAN, or access 192.168.50.1. It's so irritating as I have to turn of the router and try again. I've tried to disconnect everything and reset the router and try with no connections or AiMesh and just connect my phone via WIFI, but same thing happens after an hour or so. Anyone else bought this unit before and had the same issues? any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Can you please correct your title? There is no AX61000 I believe?

The AX6100 is the RT-AX92U They were sold in pairs for Mesh and recently there sold as a stand alone as well.

I've been having the same issues recently where this kept happening.
In the log it was always like this -

nat: apply redirect rules
WAN Connection: Fail to connect with some issues

I'm 'thinking' it might have been due to a firmware update issue.

I've since updated again and then restored to factory settings.
So far (12hours later), it seems to be fine - hopefully this has resolved the problem.

I originally thought it was an issue with my ISP, but they have checked and no issue at their end.
