It can be disabled easily in Windows 10, if you want to.

I just use AnyDesk remote desktop. It works with or without Windows log-in.

I used TeamViewer few years back, but it started showing some nag screens and was replaced with AnyDesk.

A couple of Windows notes: Win11 is 64-bit only (if you get a 32-bit system), and native RDP to Windows Home edition does not work.
