Asus RT-AC2900U with v384.14 drops xbox one x continuously

Hi,

The router disconnects the xbox one x and I have no idea why. Tv, laptop and smartphone is connected to the router and they function just fine. I ticked the box optimise for xbox and there's no difference. I even put the xbox ip in DMZ. Same problem.

Also why does the time jump between accurate time and 1 hour ago?

Ideas anyone? I bought the router yesterday

Edit: distance between router and xbox is 2,5 meters /9 feet

Deselect DFS channel usage. You maybe living near weather radar which forces your wifi go down.

Idk what that optimize xbox thing actually does. Afaik its x360 thing.

Pick and set a fixed channel. Some devices have issues if the router is constantly changing channels.

Thanks for the suggestions! I picked a fixed channel and unchecked optimized for xbox and so far so good

I have the same problem. I just picked up an XBOX ONE X for Christmas. My old xbox one worked fine and not once (4 gamers in house) did I have this problem. It is a 384.14 issue. I just started the journey to fix this an hour ago but never had this issue. I cant get it to stay connected to save my life. Running skynet etc and made sure this bypasses and still wont stay connected or keep an IP.
