I have a RT-AC56U running bootloader 1.0.2.3 with merlin firware: 384.6
I would like to increase the router performance in order to achieve better throughtput with my OPEN VPN client connection. It's being limited to 25 Mb/sec.
I have done the right configurations on the init-start and services-stop scripts.
NVRAM already outputs the new cpu clock :
admin@RT-AC56U-D7E8:/tmp/home/root# nvram get clkfreq
1000,666
But when checking the BogoMIPS is seems is still running at 800MHz:
BogoMIPS : 1599.07
What am I doing wrong ? The problem is with my bootloader (CFL) ? What can I do?
