ASUS RT-AC66U B1 - Clear automatic Port Forwarding rules on devices no longer in network?

There seem to be quite a few rules in my Port Forwarding log that I do not remember setting up. They look to have been created automatically, and I cannot track down the .159 and .250 devices at the moment.

These rules are blocking a standard port for Home Assistant (8123), while I can change this default port (I changed to 9123 to troubleshoot). I would like to understand why these rules are here, and if not needed, how to clear them out?

The quickest way to get rid of them would be to reboot the router.

I would assume that they've been setup via UPnP. But that should not be possible because each of the rules for .159 conflicts with the rules for .250 which UPnP will not allow. Strange.

I rebooted recently, but will give it another go. For now I will stick with the non-standard Home Assistant port as a work around, but hopefully can clear up those rogue rules.

Have you setup any "Game" port forwarding on the router aka "Open NAT"? I don't know whether your router has the Open NAT feature. Some of those ports look like Steam games and/or Counter Strike.

Ah you have just nailed it - that is exactly what is set up. I naively set it up ages ago without giving the devices static IPs.
