I have recently upgraded to the RT-AC66U from a D-Link DIR-655 as I was starting to have issues with the wireless coverage of the D-Link. I have noticed that a port scan from GRC now shows ports 135, 137-139 and 445 as being closed rather than stealthed, as was the case with the D-Link. I have 3 Windows machines sharing on a home network and did so with the D-Link. As I understand it, these ports are used for Network Neighbourhood, etc which has been the case with both routers, the only difference being that I now access Aicloud from an iOS device, whereas with the D-Link I had no WAN access to the network. Assuming Aicloud only uses the 2 ports in it's settings page and therefore doesn't use the Netbios or SMB ports, I can't understand why these ports aren't stealthed to a port scan originating from the WAN side since I have no services setup to use these ports from the WAN side. I am currently using F/W: Asuswrt-Merlin 3.0.0.4.354.27 Beta 1.

All help very much appreciated!

Although I haven't manually forwarded any ports, I do have UPnP on and the Port Forwarding tab in System Log does show that some ports are forwarded, but not these ports, very odd!
