ASUS RT-AC68U lost access between workgroup devices

Occasional Visitor
This afternoon, we lost the ability to navigate between various network devices on our workgroup. I noticed an entry in the ASUS RT-AC68U system log that looked like this:

Mar 14 14:34:59 miniupnpd[9413]: removed 13 unused rules

I couldn't find anything else that might be the root cause, since none of our devices had changed configuration in any way. Coincidentally enough I had created a backup CFG file earlier this morning, and after I reloaded that our workgroup access was fully restored.

What does that system log entry mean? Was it potentially the root cause of our problems, or was the anomaly actually cleared-up by the router reboot following the CFG restore?

If I was betting; the reboot solved your issue.
