ASUS RT-AC68U won’t download Astrill applet

I’m using an ASUS RT-AC68U router with Merlin 384.19 firmware.

I understand Telnet does not work so I’m having to use PuTTY to try and download the Astrill applet.

When I put in the command into PuTTY it comes back with this response.
I honestly don’t know what I’m doing wrong. If someone could offer me a guide on what router settings I might need to change to make it work, it would be greatly appreciated.

Really? I forwarded it to Astrill and they didn’t seem to think it was done. Hence my doubt.

To be honest, very little. They told me to reset and reinstall 384.19 Merlin firmware. Then they gave me another command code to put in. Neither worked. They eventually seemed to give up and tried to palm off some third party troubleshoot which wasn’t helpful.

I'm sorry to hear that. Maybe somebody else can better decipher the attachment you've included and offer a solution to you.
