i purchased a new asus rt-ac86u. connected to existing adsl modem (Linksys WAG320N) and i cam getting constant WAN connection fails, about every 5 to 15mins.
asus(192.168.0.2) is configured to stand router mode. WAN is set to static connected to WAG320N(192.168.0.1)
WAG320N is in adsl2+ with router and dhcp disabled, DMZ on router IP.
initially i had WAG320N in bridge mode, but getting constant ppp dropout, so i changed to this setup to double check that adsl the issue or not.
Currently having the WAG320N up and running without dropout for 2 full days, while connection between asus rt-ac86u and WAG320N is drop every 5-15mins.
