Note (from me): Despite the fact that the list of fixes is small, a relatively large increase in the build number for MediaTek models suggests that the changes were most likely more significant. Indeed, on previous firmware versions I had periodic problems with the GeForce Now cloud gaming service, when there were latency spikes and the stream quality dropped for a couple of seconds, but in this version everything works much better (spikes are minimal, no stream quality loss).
