ASUS RT-AX88U - Gig Internet

I just upgraded from an ASUS RT-AC3200 which with NAT: Hardware Accelartion enable (using merlin fw), I was easily seeing speedtest over 980mbps+ up and down. This last weekend I upgrade to a ASUS RT-AX88U for the AiMesh feature (using merlin fw) and Cisco SG300 between the ASUS Mesh Router and ASUS Mesh Nodes (which yes does work just fine, with all the nodes ran with ethernet (not wireless)). But now the only issue I'm having is my speedtest is barely hitting 800mbps and averages around 700-800mbps. Also Real Time monitoring is enable and I have NO way to disable it through GUI. Been searching now a couple of days and can't find any solutions to this. Anyone here having this problem?

After flashing RMerlin firmware on the RT-AX88U, was a full reset to factory defaults performed (M&M Config)?

I did the other night when I flashed it with merlin, not sure why things seem to be getting better on my desktops (wired), I'm getting over 950+ consistently when before I barely hit 800.
