ASUS RT-N66U Open VPN Server and Client

New Around Here
Hi there,

I'm trying to accomplish something you would think should be simple, but nothing ever is. I have an ASUS RT-N66U running Merlin 3.0.0.4.376.47_0, a PIA subscription, and a no-ip ddns address.

I currently have a Open VPN client running on my router just fine, but this doesn't allow for outside devices to reach my network. In order to do that I believe I would also need a properly configured Open VPN Server with some sort of port routing scheme.

So TL;DR what I'm trying to achieve is access to my router and the VPN network behind it from anywhere. Please let me know if there's any other info you might need. I'm a bit of a noob at all of this, but I would really appreciate any help you can give.
