ASUS RT-N66U traffic limit for each ip?

Hello i have the Merlin build 374.43 on my N66U.

How can i set a traffic limit for an ip.

I want after 3 gb traffic that the internet connection is blocked for an ip or MAC.

This is a good option that is missing in the Parental control.
