Attempting to reread config file??

Been noticing this entry in my log recently...

Aug 6 14:41:40 radvd[735]: attempting to reread config file
Aug 6 14:41:40 radvd[735]: resuming normal operation

I also notice that the web gui pages are hanging when browsing the GUI. Does it in both Chrome and FireFox. Usually every 3rd page load, just says transferring data on the status bar and have to click refresh to load the GUI page I was trying to access.

Don't notice any issues with any other network devices or loading webpages etc...
