New Around Here
Hello,

I have FIOS 1GB/1GB with the router going straight into the ONT. My download/upload speeds wired are running perfectly. When it comes to 5Ghz Wireless. My down speeds range from 275-350Mbps and upload 500-600Mbps. Keeping in mind I am standing right now to the router. Any ideas?

1) You're too close to the router. Test from at least 10', 3M away.

What client device are you using to test with?

What Channel Width are you using?

Ah, just saw it is a 'Killer' network adaptor... remove that horrible software and install the latest Intel drivers instead. Then reset the network stack.
