I have a RT-AX86U (not PRO), my problem is that I am unable to add more devices to my AX.
I have the latest firmware (3.0.0.4.38_24243).
I have configured my AX with 2.4 and 5.0 using WPA2-Personal AES.
I have 4 devices connected to my ethernet ports, around 7 devices to my 2.4, around 12 to my 5.0.
PROBLEM is that I cannot add more devices to either my 2.4 or 5.0 but I am able to connect he same devices to my other, less secure, wifi (2.4+5.0).
I have restored the "Factory default" without success.
I have rebooted my AX several times without success.
I have rebooted my provider modem without success.
I have tried multiple devices to see if it could me a device issue, without success.
In some posts it is said the memory may be saturated and I need to do a FACTORY RESET.
Before I do that and still have the same issue, I would like to check with you guys if there is another way to resolve my problem.
Thanks in advance.
