Bandwidth monitor wrong statistics

When I Monitor the bandwidth on the adaptive QoS page -> Bandwidth monitor" , it gives erroneous values. I am right now downloading with torrent client and Bandwidth monitor displays download zero and the upload far greater than I am actually uploading. The "traffic analyzer" gives more reasonable values.

Is this a known bug?

Do you have hardware acceleration turned on? I think you need to set to CTF only for reliable stats (disable Flow Acceleration FA)

yes it's on, how will disabling affect the performance of the router?
Disabling H/W accleration will put more load on CPU, depending on your bandwidth.

Which router do you have, and what is your ISP upstream/downstream values? I have H/W acceleration off on my 87U, and it can still handle 200Mbps.

I have disabled HW acc but it still displays the wrong values. Upload is high, but download I almost zero. I have the ac68u

are you using qos of any forms?, adaptive qos disables flow acceleration when its enabled.

I see, have you preformed a factory reset recently, and which firmware version are you running.

I had the same issues on an RT-AC87R. I tried versions .67, .68 beta and .68, QoS on/off, IPTraffic on/off, factory reset and nothing really seemed to fix the issue. My internet use is nearly all download - the per-IP traffic looked normal with devices showing .5GB to 1GB download. The router Daily display would show all upload and virtually no download.

the beta now has a stable version test that one
