Being locked out of GUI

I've noticed that since upgrading to the latest alpha build, I am getting the same problem that I had with my ISP's router, i.e., after my laptop has been on for a few hours, I find that the only way I can log in the the router's GUI is to sign out and back in to Windows (11). Is there a way to troubelshoot this, without having to disable all my apps one by one, which would take me ages and may not even provide an answer at the end? Note: by being locked-out, I mean that I can see the log in screen and input my data, but instead of lauching the GUI, it just shows the log-in screen again, with blank fields. I've tried Chrome and Edge, so maybe I ought to try something different, like Firefox.

Did you notice that the recent Asus upgrades mentioned fixes for Chrome? Yes, you should use Firefox...
