Hello,

I am experiencing some issues with what I suspect is network balancing. My connection is 200MBps download. Some symptoms I am having are:

* Whenever I load Netflix from any device, the Avatar profiles and thumbnail (static pictures) in the menus do not show; however titles play (on an Ethernet connected-Samsung TV, less reliable on AppleTV via WiFi). Netflix tells me that this is a service interruption issue and not their problem.

* In the evening, when I have some backups running, Netflix does not load on AppleTV

* During the day when kids are on e-school, their devices and others are fine, but my wife often has trouble on her MacBook Air browsing websites (except Facebook ironically)

I have copied the FlexQOS log here. When this log was generated, only the first issue was a problem.

This is from later this evening when the network should be quiet and we are basically only trying to load Netflix and cannot.
