What would be the best approach to block internet access of one particular client which is having a "DHCP static" ip address.
I was thinking about parental control but have no idea how to configure it.
I know that this can be accomplished by using iptables but I prefer the webui.

Router: RT-AC68U/R
FW: 380.58
 
Enable Parental Control. Add that device, and don't set any time schedule during which Internet access is allowed.
