Blocking IP range

Hi I would like make some router rules to block IP range, would like to do it in GUI if possible or if not then easiest possible way with putty. Thank you for any help I'm trying to block an undesirable who connects to my game lobby but his ip is within a range as not static. Thank you. Db

Look for the script Skynet it is configurable firewall that can ban anything you want.
EDIT: This is command line access from any ssh session local connection.
