New Around Here
Hello all,

We live in europe where houses are made from some sort of concrete and rebar mixture. Currently, we have linux, vista and macs in the house. our only wireless device is an Apple extreme probably 1st or 2nd gen. Anyway, i've grown tired of attempting to extend the network to other parts of the house and need to figure out to extend the network. I know I can simply purchase a new Apple Extreme; however not the best bang for the buck. since I already have an AE; is there a decent system that will bridge/extend (probably WDS capable) the network?

thx

You are fighting physics. Your home construction kills wireless signals.

Best bet is powerline or bite the bullet, get out the rock drill and run a cable to the far end of the house and add a second access point.
