Can UPnP and DMZ co-exsist?

Hi,
Currently using an ASUS RT-N66U router with merlin firmware, but i think the question is more or less generic.

Will UPnP port mapping work with a DMZ host enabled?
If yes, what happens? Will UPnP claim priority?

Could someone point me in a direction where I can find more information about this?

If your question is whether both work for the same IP address, that is a good one.

When a device is out in DMZ all ports are opened to it. So it would be moot whether UPnP NAT traversal was working.
