Cannot setup profile in L2TP client

I try to setup this L2TP client and it fails. To start with it wants to add a profile. It won't save my profile. I cannot get started. All other vpn services are stopped or not running. This is for all intents never been setup before. Can anyone help? I have rebooted router I even changed browsers and computers aND still it won't setup. Help me please.

You could try

nvram get   vpnc_clientlist
nvram unset vpnc_clientlist
nvram commit

Problem solved I had to complex of a password. Had to dumb it down a little then it saved just fine.
