Can't activate FA on AC68U C1

I'm a new member and this is my first post so this question may have been answered before.

The following settings are disabled:
- QoS
- STP
-Jumbo Frame

The router is bridged with a cable modem. I've tried using this method, however it didn't work.
- disabled QoS
- disable STP
- disabled HW Acc.
--> self reboot
- Enabled HW Acc.
--> self reboot

Any recommendations? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
