Can't ping with USB modem

I have got USB 4G ndis modem as only one source of internet.
Everything is working fine, but I noticed that I can't ping from router.

When I open router console Putty and run "ping www.google.com" I receive feedback 100% packet lost. When I'm doing ping command from laptop connected to router - ping is OK. Why ?
