can't turn Regulation mode off on 37.40 beta1

I have seen that regulation mode has problems with intel wireless cards, every time I set it to off on the 5ghz and save the setting it comes back on the next time i click on the page, any way to fix this ?

This is from a factory default via nvram clear after software defaults on my n68u

(It is off on my n66u)

Thanks but if you have not looked at the latest beta it has a drop down, and the clue was me saying it is off on the N66u (via the GUI)

it's on the professional tab.

If only it were that simple, I have issues reconnecting to the 68u unlike the n66u & that is a setting that will not change to match the 66,

fixed it, telnet command to set the regulation domain to the UK

nvram set regulation_domain_5G=GB
nvram set wl1_country_code=GB

Strange how my netgear allows this?

Both of them in fact, and the cisco I install for a client at work.

None of my previous Linksys or DLink routers allowed me to change the region.
