I have a brand new ac 1900p that I'm using strictly as an AP. I'd like to know where to check the current TX power settings and make a change (within acceptable parameters) if possible.

Now is not possible to adjust TX power. They remove that option long time ago.

Nope not anymore. You might be able to use scripts with John's fork firmware if he supports that model.
I have ac87u and want to increase tx power to 100 . Do have hggomes firmware or any other method to by pass the limit of 80. If you do please share
