New Around Here
I have a HTPC in one room in my house. My desktop contains files access through a Windows 7 shared folder. My desktop has both wireless-N and powerline ethernet connections.
My throughput isn't enough to sustain streaming larger video files. It's nearly enough. Currently, my HTPC and desktop are talking to each other over the powerline adapter. I'm searching for a solution that allows me to merge wireless-N and powerline 'pipes' within my LAN (local network only). I've tried doing this using Connectify Dispath but to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions other than upgrading adapters or installing cat5e/6? I'm looking for any solution that involves my current adapters.
Thanks.
